The RESA is the Luxembourg platform for the legal publication of acts and mentions concerning companies and associations. It is linked to the filing formalities with the RCS, but filing and publication designate two stages that must be distinguished.
During a verification of powers or an operation on a company, consult the relevant publications and their date. A copy of statutes received by email may precede a modification. However, do not deduce from an isolated search that the entire corporate file is complete: reconcile the publications, the register extract, and the acts useful to the operation.
