Leave for family reasons
Leave for family reasons allows an employee to be absent in the situations provided when their child's health condition requires their presence. It does not correspond to their own sick leave or parental leave.
The child's age, medical situation, and days already used influence the available right. The employee must inform their employer and complete the certificate formalities with the concerned recipients. Particular situations should be checked before counting the days.
