Registered Office
The registered office is the statutory address of a company. It is used notably for its legal identification and for registry and publicity formalities.
It does not necessarily coincide with the place where the activity is actually carried out. Its transfer requires verification of who can decide, what forms are required, and which declarations must be updated. An address registered with the RCS is not sufficient to establish that the conditions for an establishment authorization are met.
