Business permit
The business permit allows the exercise of economic activities in Luxembourg subject to this formality. The examination concerns, in particular, the honorability of the manager, the qualifications required according to the activity, and the existence of an appropriate material installation.
Before creating a company, it is necessary to precisely define what it will do: a description that is too vague may hide several activities subject to different conditions.
