Company Domiciliation
Domiciliation allows a company to establish its registered office with a third party within the applicable legal framework. It must be distinguished from a simple rental of premises and the place of operation required for certain activities.
The agreement, the obligations of the domiciliary, and the terms of ending the relationship must be examined. Using a domiciliation address does not exempt from having the means and presence necessary for the authorized activity. A termination of domiciliation also calls for follow-up formalities.
