Labor and Mines Inspectorate (ITM)
The ITM controls the application of rules within its competencies, notably working conditions as well as employee safety and health. It also informs and advises employers and workers.
A report to the ITM may lead to an intervention or inspection. It should not be confused with a request addressed to the labor court: obtaining a payment order or contesting a dismissal may require a separate judicial procedure.
