Summary provision proceedings
Summary provision proceedings allow requesting the summary judge for a provisional payment when the legal conditions are met, notably in the presence of an obligation that is not seriously contestable.
It is not about automatically obtaining payment of any unpaid invoice. The judge examines the elements produced and the objections raised. The provision is distinct from a judgment definitively settling the merits of the dispute, and the procedure to choose also depends on the competent jurisdiction.
