Collective labor agreement

A collective labor agreement sets negotiated working conditions between the parties authorized to conclude it. It can notably regulate remuneration, working hours, leave, or certain procedures within its scope of application.

To know if it concerns you, check the activity, the company, the categories of employees covered, and its period of application. The individual contract and the Labor Code must be read with the applicable agreement; its title alone does not determine all rights.
