Accident Insurance Association (AAA)
The Accident Insurance Association is the Luxembourg public institution responsible for the prevention and compensation of work accidents, commuting accidents, and occupational diseases.
A declared event must still be examined to determine its coverage. The declaration to the AAA, the medical certificate, and the procedures with the CNS serve different functions. In case of refusal, it is necessary to identify the contested decision and follow the applicable appeal procedures.
