Administration of Registration, Domains, and VAT (AED)
The AED is a Luxembourg tax administration. It is involved in VAT identification, declaration control, and the collection or reimbursement of this tax.
A VAT number, an RCS number, and an establishment authorization correspond to different procedures. When a company receives a payment request or must produce a certificate, it is necessary to identify the competent administration rather than indiscriminately sending the same documents to the AED, ACD, and CCSS.
