Legal reserve
The legal reserve is a portion of profit that must be allocated to a reserve when the conditions provided for the company are met. This allocation is distinct from the distribution of dividends to partners.
Before deciding on a distribution, read the accounts, any losses, and the rules specific to the corporate form. The mechanisms of an SARL-S should not be confused with those of a regular SARL. The decision to allocate the result must be documented.
