Social Security & Cross-Border Rights
The CSSS is the jurisdiction that examines admissible appeals against the judgments of the Social Security Arbitration Council. Its intervention therefore occurs after a first judicial decision, and not directly after any letter from a fund.
It is necessary to verify that the judgment can be appealed, then comply with the deadline and filing requirements. The appeal and the cassation are different remedies: they do not involve the same review of the decision.
