Children's Future Fund (CAE)
The CAE manages and pays family benefits and parental leave allowance under Luxembourg legislation. It examines the conditions specific to each benefit and the declared family situation.
The employer's agreement on parental leave is not sufficient to establish the right to its compensation. For a cross-border family, it is also necessary to specify the parents' activities, their residence, and the benefits paid in the other country.
