Naturalization is a means of acquiring Luxembourg nationality upon request, under the conditions provided by law. The file notably concerns residence, language, required knowledge, and honorability.
It is distinct from acquisition by option or by recovery. Before gathering the documents, it is necessary to identify the path corresponding to the personal situation. A permanent or long-term residence permit does not equate to Luxembourg nationality.
