Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR)
Luxembourg Business Registers manages services related notably to the trade and companies register, the RESA, and the register of beneficial owners. Its portal allows for completing formalities and consulting or ordering documents accessible according to the rules of each register.
LBR designates the manager; RCS, RESA, and RBE designate different registers or publicity supports. A filing with one does not automatically exempt from a declaration with another.
