Partner Current Account
A creditor partner current account records sums that the partner has made available to the company or that are still owed to them. It constitutes a claim distinct from the shares and contributed capital.
The terms of repayment, possible interest, and a blockage must be examined in the agreements and documents of the file. During a transfer of shares, the fate of this claim must be treated separately. The financial difficulties of the company can also alter the risks related to repayment.
